Team Redgoat Training Centre is offering a hockey coaches seminar weekend to help develop hockey coaches of all ages to get new ideas and training techniques for the upcoming season. Coaches have the choice of taking part in a half day free seminar in conjunction with Sask Hockey on player development, as well as coaches can sign up for the full weekend for $75.00. Our coaches will be talking on a variety of topics as well as interactive sessions. Complete list of presenting coaches and topics to follow.
You must pre register for both the free and full seminar; registration cut of is June 14th. Limit Spots.

Outdoor Warrior Boot Camp Starts May 30.
Team Redgoat Training Centre is taking Warrior Training outside for the early morning summer session. Are you Game?
Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings starting at 6am to 7:15am for a Warrior boot camp that will leave you exhausted and wanting more. Warrior Boot camp is a full out functional training class that will mentally and physically challenge you and jump start your day. You will face each day and conquer and leave you knowing that you can accomplish more.
