Mission Statement 

To help coaches increase their knowledge of the game of hockey and to help them better teach players the game of hockey. To increase the skill development of players at any age. To increase the skill level overall in the game of hockey. 

Purpose

We are dedicated to helping coaches and players become better at the sport they love to play and work in. Having a purpose to help players become better by helping coaches is a small but vital component of progressing our sport. We as coaches must realize that teaching and doing the right things for the benefit of the player is the most important aspect of our coaching position and not our own wins or losses. I also realize that as professional coaches we are judged on one thing and one thing only, WINS, but sometimes we need to look at what is best for the players and in the long run if we look after whats best for them maybe, just maybe, it will work out for us.
